What it will do on a call

  1. A returning customer calls. The receptionist recognises the number in Pipedrive and greets them by first name, without reading out anything private.
  2. A new caller asks about your services. Their name, number and what they need become a new lead or request in Pipedrive.
  3. Nobody can pick up. The receptionist takes a message and saves it in Pipedrive as well as your TimberSwitch inbox.

  1. Choose Connect. A short guided-setup form opens, and our team takes it from there.
  2. On a short call, an admin signs in to Pipedrive to approve the connection. We never see the password.
  3. Tell us who calls should be assigned to and which lead source to use.
  4. We test with you, then turn on logging and confirm on your ticket.
