Our team connects it with you, usually within 1-2 business days. Choose Connect, answer three quick questions, and a setup specialist schedules a short session with your Make admin, connects it and tests it on your account before callers rely on it. Anything Celonis (Make) needs first, such as a plan level or partner approval, is listed under Good to know.

What it does on a call

A call ends, is missed or leaves a voicemail. TimberSwitch sends the details, with the voicemail transcript, to Make, and your automation takes it from there.
A text comes in or the AI receptionist takes a message. The same happens for texts and messages, so Make can update a sheet, a CRM or a channel.

Choose Connect. A short guided-setup form opens, and our team takes it from there.
In Make, add a Custom Webhook module and copy its address.
Add that address on the Webhooks page in the app and pick the events you want.
We check the first events arrive with you and confirm on your ticket.
