Anything OpenTable, Inc. needs first, such as a plan level or partner approval, is listed under Good to know.

Booking turns on with the AI receptionist. We connect OpenTable now; until that is switched on for your line, the receptionist takes a message instead.

What it will do on a call

A caller asks for an appointment. The receptionist checks open times in OpenTable, offers two or three, reads the one they pick back to them and books it only after they say yes.
A caller needs to move or cancel. The receptionist finds the booking that matches the number they are calling from and changes it in OpenTable once they confirm.

We confirm OpenTable partner access and what OpenTable needs from you.
Tell us party size limits and which shifts the AI may book.
We make a test reservation with you, then turn on booking and confirm on your ticket.

Deposits, prepaid experiences and credit card holds are not taken on the phone.

Yes, reservations made through the connection are normal OpenTable reservations.
