What it will do on a call

1. A caller asks for an appointment. The receptionist checks open times in Acuity Scheduling, offers two or three, reads the one they pick back to them and books it only after they say yes.
2. A caller needs to move or cancel. The receptionist finds the booking that matches the number they are calling from and changes it in Acuity Scheduling once they confirm.
3. A returning customer calls. The receptionist recognises the number in Acuity Scheduling and greets them by first name, without reading out anything private.

How setup works

Guided setup: our team connects it with you and tests it on your account before callers rely on it. Our team connects it with you, usually within 1-2 business days. It's part of our free assisted setup, on every package.

1. Choose Connect. A short guided-setup form opens, and our team takes it from there.
2. Tell us which appointment types and calendars the AI may book.
3. On a short call, the Acuity account owner signs in to approve the connection.
4. We test a booking, a move and a cancel with you, then turn writes on.
5. We confirm on your Integration setup ticket when callers can use it.
