Booking turns on with the AI receptionist. We connect Vagaro now; until that is switched on for your line, the receptionist takes a message instead.

What it will do on a call

A caller asks for an appointment. The receptionist checks open times in Vagaro, offers two or three, reads the one they pick back to them and books it only after they say yes.
A caller needs to move or cancel. The receptionist finds the booking that matches the number they are calling from and changes it in Vagaro once they confirm.
A returning customer calls. The receptionist recognises the number in Vagaro and greets them by first name, without reading out anything private.

Choose Connect. A short guided-setup form opens, and our team takes it from there.
In Vagaro, go to Settings, Developers, APIs and Webhooks and request API access. Vagaro replies in about five business days.
Tell us the services and staff the AI may book.
We test with you, then turn on booking and confirm on your ticket.
