Booking turns on with the AI receptionist. We connect Mindbody now; until that is switched on for your line, the receptionist takes a message instead.

What it will do on a call

A caller asks for an appointment. The receptionist checks open times in Mindbody, offers two or three, reads the one they pick back to them and books it only after they say yes.
A caller needs to cancel. The receptionist finds the booking that matches the number they are calling from and changes it in Mindbody once they confirm.
A returning customer calls. The receptionist recognises the number in Mindbody and greets them by first name, without reading out anything private.

We send an activation link; the Mindbody site owner approves it.
Tell us the services, classes and staff the AI may book.
We test with you, then turn on booking and confirm on your ticket.
