Our team connects it with you, usually within 1-2 business days. Choose Connect, answer three quick questions, and a setup specialist schedules a short session with your Zenoti admin, connects it and tests it on your account before callers rely on it. Anything Zenoti needs first, such as a plan level or partner approval, is listed under Good to know.

Booking turns on with the AI receptionist. We connect Zenoti now; until that is switched on for your line, the receptionist takes a message instead.

What it will do on a call

A caller asks for an appointment. The receptionist checks open times in Zenoti, offers two or three, reads the one they pick back to them and books it only after they say yes.
A caller needs to move or cancel. The receptionist finds the booking that matches the number they are calling from and changes it in Zenoti once they confirm.
A returning customer calls. The receptionist recognises the number in Zenoti and greets them by first name, without reading out anything private.

How setup works

Choose Connect. A short guided-setup form opens, and our team takes it from there.
Your Zenoti admin creates a backend app (Configuration, Integrations, Apps) and generates an API key with booking and guest permissions.
An owner or admin pastes it into the secure key form on the Connectors page in the app. Never by email.
Tell us the centers and services; we test with you and confirm on your ticket.
