Our team connects it with you, usually within 1-2 business days. Choose Connect, answer three quick questions, and a setup specialist schedules a short session with your SpotOn admin, connects it and tests it on your account before callers rely on it. Anything SpotOn Transact, LLC needs first, such as a plan level or partner approval, is listed under Good to know.

Phone ordering turns on with the AI receptionist. We connect SpotOn now; until that is switched on for your line, the receptionist takes a message instead.

What it will do on a call

  1. A caller orders for pickup. The receptionist offers only items and options from your SpotOn menu and reads the order back with the total SpotOn calculates.
  2. The caller confirms the order. It goes to SpotOn and on to your kitchen printers or screen, the same way your other orders do.

  1. Choose Connect. A short guided-setup form opens, and our team takes it from there.
  2. We confirm SpotOn's certification status and what SpotOn needs from you.
  3. You approve TimberSwitch for your SpotOn location.
  4. Tell us pickup times and items to leave out.
  5. We place a test order with you, then turn on ordering and confirm on your ticket.

They arrive in SpotOn like other orders, so they follow your SpotOn printing and kitchen setup.
