Our team connects it with you, usually within 1-2 business days. Choose Connect, answer three quick questions, and a

plan level or partner approval, is listed under Good to know.
Phone ordering turns on with the AI receptionist. We connect Toast now; until that is switched on for your line, the receptionist takes a message instead.
What it will do on a call
- A caller orders for pickup. The receptionist offers only items and options from your Toast menu and reads the order back with the total Toast calculates.
- The caller confirms the order. It goes to Toast and on to your kitchen printers or screen, the same way your other orders do.
What you can do with it
- Friday rush: the AI takes pickup orders while staff stay on the line.
- A caller asks if you still have the special and hears what's on the menu right now.
- Orders arrive in Toast like any other, so the kitchen workflow doesn't change.
