Saving messages to Workiz turns on with the AI receptionist. We connect Workiz now; until that is switched on for your line, the receptionist takes a message instead.

What it will do on a call

A returning customer calls. The receptionist recognises the number in Workiz and greets them by first name, without reading out anything private.
A new caller asks about your services. Their name, number and what they need become a new lead or request in Workiz.
Nobody can pick up. The receptionist takes a message and saves it in Workiz as well as your TimberSwitch inbox.

Turn on the Developer API in Workiz's Feature Center and create a key with lead and client permissions.
An owner or admin pastes it into the secure key form on the Connectors page in the app. Never by email.
We test with you and confirm on your ticket.
